My deepest condolences to Debi and Jane. We've never met but I too was one of Peter's Dalhousie crowd in the 1980s and in Toronto in the early-1990s when I was in my 20s. Peter's intellect was unmistakable but always secondary to me. For me, Peter personified a passion and compulsion for seeking truth and goodness. Like others have mentioned here, though we lost touch he has a huge and much appreciated influence on my life. He is and will be much missed.
