My deepest sympathies to Celia's family. I have known Celia through my work as a wedding officiant for the past 8 years and was always impressed by her attention to detail and love for her work. She was a thoughtful woman and I admired her very much. I know that she will be missed greatly by her staff and the greater Niagara community. Sincere condolences to all.
