I rent one of Kevins homes and a year or so ago, there was an issue with a water pipe and a good size of the front yard had to be dug up. This created a terrible mess and I had to be very patient waiting for it to be cleaned up. So, one morning I see a truck pull up in front of the house and there was Kevin and Jamie ready to get down and dirty. Out came a bunch of pieces of sod and the two of them got a large section re-sodded. I was quite amazed as this really is serious grunt work. When I kidded him about the fact that he should be out there selling houses, his reply was that he really liked doing that kind of stuff. In the end, the two of them did a great job, and as of today, that part of the yard is still the greenest.
