We were shocked and saddened to learn today of Kevan's sudden passing. His obituary said it all - he lived life to the fullest and will be sorely missed. Our condolences to you all. Kindest Regards, Karen and Jay
Kevan will be missed by all. He was a good neighbour and friend to Niagara-on-the-Lake. He was one of the smartest councillors with whom I have had the pleasure to work.
