Van Leeuwen, Andrew Peter- Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on May 13, 2012 at Chateau Gardens in his 77th year. Loving husband of Mary for 49 years. Cherished father of Wendy Oickle (Wayne), Sandra McDougall (Luc), Audrey Barclay (Todd) and Kevin (Donna). Proud grandfather of Chantal, Brandon, Ian, Bruce, Sarah, Matthew and Dylan. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his four brothers and two sisters. Andrew will be most remembered for his commitment to music, the church, his friends and family.
Andrew is at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chapel of the Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent Street where his family will receive friends on Thursday, May 17 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Prayer vigil will be held at the funeral home at 3 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Vincent de Paul Church on Friday morning, May 18th at 10 o’clock. Interment with Rite of Committal at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Chateau Gardens.
