Life Story for Ramsay Alexander Morrison

MORRISON, Ramsay Alexander
1929-2018
Honest, loyal, kind and humorous. Ramsay passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 peacefully at his home with wife Sharon at his side. Predeceased by mother (Margaret), and father (James) originally from Scotland, sister Sheila (William) Royce, and twin brother Frank (Jean). He was blessed with a son Cam, and daughter Nancy (Carol), also two grandchildren Kauna and Tomas. Included are many nieces and nephews. Ramsay was a carpenter for Cooper Construction and was a proud member of the Local 18 Carpenters Union for 70 years. His joy in life was belonging to the St. Catharines Royal Scottish Country Dancing Society, and being the one and only “groupie” at the Evergreen Singers singouts. A special thanks to CCAC, PSW’s, attending nurse’s home visits and night nurses from the Niagara Region. Our neighborhood has been wonderful, what with many visits and provisions of homemade nourishments.
A private funeral will be held. Memorial service to be held in the near future. Details to follow. Donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
