Diane and I want to send our deepest condolences
to Mark and Al's family. We will never forget how welcoming Al and Vera were to us when we moved to
NOTL from Nova Scotia in 2009. We met Al and Vera when we joined Grace United Church. I was always
impressed with Al's service in WW II. Even to the last, Al always had a firm handshake and a warm smile when we met. We felt honored to be one of Al's friends.
