Condolence: To the family, please accept my condolence. I did not know Bruce, but I do know the pain of losing a loved one and wanted to share some comfort from the scriptures. When Mary and Martha's brother Lazarus died, Jesus said to his disciples as recorded at John 11:11 “After he said these things, he added: "Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I am traveling there to awaken him". Jesus was referring to the fact that Lazarus had died and he was going to awaken him or bring him back to life. When he called Lazarus’ name, the scriptures says that Lazarus came out of the tomb. Soon Jesus will awaken Bruce to live forever on a peaceful earth. May you receive comfort from God. Condolence: My mother Annie and my family were so shocked to hear of Bruce's passing. Our prayers are especially with Hope and the entire Bradley family. We grew up with the Bradley family in the 50's and early 60's as we lived only a few houses away. We grew up when NOTL was a special place and we all knew each other. I can still remember Bruce as a very young boy and these are memories we will always cherish. Our family just lost a son and brother, Wimpie, so we know the pain the family must be going through. Again our thoughts and prayers are with you.
