HISLOP KOTSOVOLOS, Mary Lou Winifred (Nee Hanna) – Sadly we announce the peaceful passing of Mary Lou, in her home in Niagara-on-the-Lake, June 25, 2016, after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her devoted husband Frank; daughters Linda (Keith Lambert), Susan (Paul O’Marra), son Scott; grandchildren Laura, Evan, Adam and Grace. Sister of Carol Hanna Wight. Predeceased by the Hanna family of Montreal. Mary Lou’s love for life, her grace and sensitivity, embraced by her sense of humour have been the guiding lights for all who knew her. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
A memorial service will be held Thursday June 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Marks Anglican Church, 41 Byron Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Covenant House.
