Life Story for George Andrew Wilson

WILSON, George Andrew “Andy”- It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to George Andrew Wilson, who passed away surrounded by family on April 26th 2016 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. Loving husband of Becky Cooper Wilson. Father of Valerie Leveille, Errel Wilson, Mary Wilson (Sean) and Diana Wilson (Chris) and step father to Jolene Cooper (Brett). Caring Brother of Cliff Wilson, Cheryl Ansley and Kathy Kanters (Hank). Grandfather to Kira, Noel, Gabriel and Jonah. Predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Mary Wilson, brother Teddy Wilson and brother in law Lynn Ansley. George also had many nieces and nephews who he cared for deeply. Andy, as he was so fondly called by friends and family was born April 22 1954 and lived a long and full life surrounded by love.
Andy’s family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 from 1-3 pm with a service following in the funeral home at 3 pm. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Tender Wishes.
