QUINN, Thomas Edward
Peacefully on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at the Douglas Memorial Hospital, Fort Erie, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of JoAnn. Loving father of Sarah Nemeth (Frank), Thomas Quinn, Patrick Quinn, David Hutt and Mary Ellen Bench. Cherished grandfather of Frankie, Ashley, Jean Marc and Mathieu. Dear brother of Viva Norton (Richard). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
Thomas served as a military police officer during WWII and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 124.
The family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent St., Niagara-on-the-Lake on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A memorial service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. A memorial mass to celebrate Thomas’ life will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, 4673 Victoria Ave., Niagara Falls, on Wednesday, April 15,2015 at 9:30 a.m. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to St. Patrick’s Breakfast Program.
