Life Story for Nancy Carol Dunn (Lowrey)

DUNN, Nancy Carol (nee Lowrey)
After a lengthy battle with cancer, Nancy Carol Dunn Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Monday, December 29th. Nancy is remembered by her loving husband Ron, her son Tom and his wife Cathy and her siblings Pat (Don MacDougall), Norma Jane (Blair Harber), Howie (Wilma Lowrey) and predeceased by her loving parents Howard and Norma Lowrey as well as sister Lonna (Edward Andrusiw). Nancy, always known as Nam, will be especially missed by her loving grandsons James and Jackson as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Nancy grew up in St. Davids and was an active member of the St. Davids Lioness for many years, an avid golfer at both the St. Davids and Queenston Golf courses where she will be remembered by many great friends. The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses, caregivers and community organizations who have provided support during this time, especially the wonderful staff at Hospice Niagara.
At Nancy’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date. A private family service will be held at the MORGAN FUNERAL HOME in Nancy’s memory. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be directed to either the Lincoln County Humane Society or Hospice Niagara.
