Adamson, T. Michael - On Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at home in Niagara-on-the-Lake with his much loved wife Sally at his side. Mike taught at, and is remembered with great esteem, by both students and faculty at St. Andrew's College, Lakefield College School, and Upper Canada College, where he was Director of Admissions and Vice Principal. His impact on generations of Canada's leaders is matched only by his passion for the game of cricket in Canada - coaching cricket at UCC and touring his teams to Bermuda, England, and across Canada. Father of Robin, Valerie and Diana; father-in-law of Victoria Young, Eric Grundy, and Jorge Arias. He was proud of his grandchildren Michael, Mercedes and Maxwell Grundy, and Michael Arias. Also survived by his stepchildren Tory and David Ross and their families.
A service will be held on Saturday, January 12th, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., St. Mark's Anglican Church, 41 Byron Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Upper Canada College Scholarship Fund or the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be appreciated.
