ORMSBY, John- After a lengthy illness, on March 28, 2010 at Upper Canada Lodge Nursing Home in his 84th year. Cherished husband of Joy for 62 years. Loving father of Stephen (Christine) and Robin. Proud grandfather of Eric John, Stuart and David. Dear brother of George and Edward, both in England. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
At John’s request, cremation has taken place. A private family interment will be held at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Society Central and Northern Ontario through the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chapel of the Morgan Funeral Homes.
